Step 2: Understand the Application

Read ALL the information and instructions provided at the beginning of the application form, including the guidelines for student prompts. This will help you fill the application successfully and improve your chances during the selection process.

Step 3: Complete Necessary Forms

Ask your parents/guardians to fill out Form 2 (Parents/Guardians Form) and select a referee to fill Form 3 (General Reference Forms). They can either type their responses on a computer or print the forms, write their responses, and then scan or photograph them CLEARLY.

Step 4: Work on Your Application

Start working on your application prompts! You can either type your responses on a computer or print the form, write your responses, and then scan or photograph them CLEARLY.

Step 5: Gather Required Documents

Collect all the required documents stated at the beginning of the form.

Note on Academic Grades

If you can't obtain your school reports due to the current situation in Sudan, you can estimate and self-report your grades using this document: https://docs.google.com/.../1mYMAGOBKrm8VieFRMMEm.../edit...

If you pass to stage 2 of the application process, you'll undergo an academic assessment (exam).

Step 6: Submit Your Application

Upload ALL forms and documents to the UWC Sudan Application Submission Form - Entry 2024 Google Form: https://forms.gle/yy5FRok5HUirC3um6 . Please fill in the Google Form with your forms and documents only ONCE.

Step 7: Submission Tips

Make sure all pages of the form are in order as provided to you; this will help in the review process.

Step 8: Confirmation

Once you've submitted all documents through the Google Form, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Consider this email as confirmation of receipt. Please DO NOT email or message us to confirm receipt, as we receive many applications.

We will NOT review your application if you send it by email.
